- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These keystones cops couldn't catch a cold. I can't count the times that I've seen black youths running wild on the trains, jumping the turnstiles, playing music without earphones, spread out sleeping on the seats during commute hours and smoking pot on the platforms. Every time I complain to a station agent they tell me we will look into it. The last time I tried to reach a train operator to report a fight in my train, the intercom did not work. I don't even think the survielance cameras work on the trains or parking lots. Every time I see a Bart cop in South San Francisco, he's inside his patrol car texting or talking in the cellphone.
