- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is up to the UPS Store owner whether to let you use their supplies. These cheap bastards won't let you use anything, no tape, no scissors, nothing. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After reserving a week in advance, we get a note at 5pm the evening before the move that they don't have the truck we ordered and that we had to travel to another town to pick up the truck...and then go back to the Franklin space to have the blankets and packing items that we ordered. They refused to send someone to get the truck and pretty much said tuff! Like this is the sort of chaos that anyone needs on the moving day? Terrible serviceBy Eve Luppert, April 03, 2017
