  I wont even walk in the door anymore, the people inside are so incredibly rude, business and personal accounts, informed them that I would simply close both accounts if they could not treat their people with respect. They told me to go right ahead and close the, so I just did, the press is not only your problem the employees you have working there are killing your business. Wells Fargo sucks

  Horrible. Opened a business account and was promised great service. Explained our hesitation in going with Wells Fargo as they're known for bad customer service. The business banker assured me he'd give me excellent unparalleled service. That NEVER happened. We couldn't even get business checks in a timely manner. The deposit stamp had our business name misspelled! We were promised a deposit machine and I called and emailed for months and kept getting promises until finally I was passed off to someone I'd never heard of who never contacted me and never got us the machine. I complained to our personal business banker and he said--almost 9 months later, that we didn't qualify for the deposit machine he PROMISED us on day 1 to open our account there. It gets worse. We have 2 businesses and 2 accounts. I mailed in 2 check and 2 deposit slips, one for each account, addressed to my personal business banker. He combined both checks one one deposit slip and deposited them into the wrong account. He actually TAMPERED with our deposit! I called him immediately and asked him to fix it and he said he didn't do it and he didn't know who did but in short, he could not fix the mistake. I got a copy of the tampered deposit slip after that and sent it to Wells Fargo HQ and also to the Federal Banking Authority. They found I was correct and Wells Fargo did nothing, no reprimand, just made excuses. No apology and no measures to ensure this doesn't happen again. Do not trust your hard earned money to this bank! They don't value you as a customer and they don't care about the accuracy of your accounts. I've been treated like an annoyance.
