- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I work nearby and have to use this post office for its convenience. I witnessed as well as experienced in person many times the rudeness, impatience and unprofessionalism the Staff working there, especially some female African American staff, exhibited to the customers. One example of my multiple unpleasant personal experiences with them: I tried to resend a package previously mailed from this EXACT Post Office returned due to a labeling reason and asked a female staff sincerely: "This package was returned last time. Are there any changes recently in the labeling rules?" Instead of answering it, she said something like: "Do you want to mail it or not?", "I can give you a phone number to complain." "Do you want me to repeat?” Crazy! Avoid this Post Office if you have an option. Do NOT use their service.By Gem Stone, May 07, 2017
