  One afternoon, at about 4:30pm, I decided to throw in the towel after trying to deal with my overwhelming legal issue alone. I called several attorneys whose names I saw online, but, because it was a bit late, I ended up having to leave messages with secretaries, or on their answering machines, and then I waited. The only one who returned my call was Darya Druch. She was straight to the point, no egomania, no hyperbole, just a wonderful human being that went to law school, and really knows the particular brand of law I needed, and how to help me. Her fee, for me to just hand over my entire problem, so I could just concentrate on everyday life and work, was really affordable for me, though I earn very little money. She advised me on matters that helped me financially during my ordeal, so I know that she had my best interest in mind.That was crucial for me, and that's why I sat down to praise her. I found out, first hand, that Darya is a very reputable attorney. She wanted the best outcome for me, and that's what I got. She's a champion of the underdog, and she battled very well for me. Today was the conclusion of my legal issue and I am so glad no other attorney ever called me, because the best one called me back! Darya, you're fabulous, and you know your stuff! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  I hired Darya to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on my behalf. Darya immediately began proceedings and consistently kept me informed and updated as the bankruptcy proceeded.   Before you hire a bankruptcy attorney, do yourself a favor and meet Darya Druch. Just like everything else in life, there are experienced attorneys and there are inexperienced attorneys. (Some might say good attorneys and bad attorneys.) In any case, filing for bankruptcy is too important to take a chance with someone who doesn't know what they are doing.   I anticipated that bankruptcy would be painful and shameful. Darya made the process so simple and she did so not only without judgement, but with a good bit of much-needed humor. She provides a service as a lawyer that I believe few others can claim; she truly helps her clients.
